How long will it be until I receive my order?

We make much of our product to order hence it takes a little bit longer sometimes.  We will dispatch your order 2-5 days from receipt of your order.
Delivery in New Zealand takes up to 5 working days via post and 1-2 working days via courier.
Delivery to Australia takes 4-7 working days.
Delivery Internationally takes about 10 working days but allow up to 14 working days. 
For all orders outside of New Zealand, on some occasions customs services inspect parcels which may result in duty and sales tax being applied. We at Huia Giftware have no control over this and unfortunately it remains the responsibility of the individual customer.

 

Can I order over the phone?

We are an online shop and all our orders are managed by the online software so please place your order online. 

How do I get updates on new products?

You can sign up for our updates and special product offers for email subscribers by clicking the Sign-up button just below the menu or the Sign-up bottom in the footer section of our website.  

I’m sending my order as a gift.  Do you include an invoice?

We send out a packing slip in your order which does not show any monetary details of the transaction.  So, if you are sending your order as a gift to someone they will not know what you spent.

I have a question about a product?

All the details about our products are included in the product description.  If you have a further query you can send your question to sales@huiagiftware.com.

Can I send an order to another address?

Yes, you can have your order sent to a different address than your billing address.  Make sure you give us both in the check-out process.

How can I check if my order has been shipped?

We will send you an email when we have shipped your order. Tracking numbers are provided for courier items only.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, Paypal and all checkout services provided by Shopify Payments.

 

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery costs depend on where the goods are being sent to and how much you have purchased.  Delivery costs will be displayed to you when you go through the checkout process.
For any free shipping deals we offer - postage is via standard postal services. 

 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship internationally.

I’m getting too many emails from you.  How can I update my subscription preferences?

At the bottom of all emails we send is a link to change your subscription preferences. 

How do I unsubscribe from your newsletters?

At the bottom of all emails we send is the option to unsubscribe from our emails.  Just open one of our emails, click on the link and follow the unsubscribe process. 

What is your returns policy? 

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We do not accept returns of jewellery products for hygiene reasons. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Damaged or Defective Items
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@huiagiftware.com and we will advise if we need you to return the item.
 
Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 49 Browns Bay Road Auckland Auckland NZ 0630

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

My order arrived damaged.

No unfortunately we do not provide a gift-wrapping service at this stage.
